Articulation Pack
Discover the perfect duo for your joints! Pre-Collagen to stimulate natural collagen production and maintain cartilage flexibility, and Omega 3 DHA to limit inflammation, soothe pain, and support your mobility day after day.
En savoir plus Relieve your joints and regain your freedom of movement
Our Joint Pack combines two key supplements that work synergistically to maintain joint health, soothe discomfort, and support connective tissues from within.
Vegan Pre-Collagen : Collagen is a protein essential to the structure of cartilage, tendons and ligaments . With age or physical activity, its natural production decreases, leading to stiffness , pain and even premature wear. Our formula stimulates collagen synthesis thanks to a patented plant precursor, combined with hyaluronic acid to maintain good joint hydration and preserve tissue flexibility .
Vegan Omega 3 DHA : Joint pain is often linked to chronic, low-grade inflammation . DHA, a plant-based omega-3 fatty acid, helps modulate inflammation and relieve joint sensitivity . It also contributes to the proper functioning of cell membranes and supports joint recovery , particularly in cases of fatigue or overuse.
Why does this duo work?
Because joint problems don't just affect the bones, but also the tissues surrounding them. By combining structural support (collagen + hyaluronic acid) and anti-inflammatory action (DHA), this pack offers a comprehensive and natural approach to maintaining or regaining good joint comfort , day after day.
Adopt this targeted routine to move more freely, with less stiffness and more fluidity.
Ingredients
Coll-Egan®
The ingredientis based on the latest scientific advances concerning the synthesis of collagen by the body, where glycine, proline and vitamin C play a central role.
is an innovative combination of glycine, proline, hydroxyproline, glutamic acid, alanine, arginine, as well as natural vitamin C and bamboo bud extracts, rich in ortho-silicic acid, known for its benefits on joints.
This ingredient has an EFSA-validated claim for its role in normal collagen formation. Two capsules per day provide 400 mg of, the dosage recommended by the laboratory.
In our Argalys formula, this ingredient is enriched with additional glycine, proline and vitamin C for enhanced effectiveness.
Vitamin C
Vitamin C, also called ascorbic acid, is a fat-soluble vitamin, essential for the synthesis of proteins including collagen.
Vitamin C plays an essential role in collagen synthesis by facilitating the hydroxylation of the amino acids lysine and proline.
Without vitamin C, the body is unable to complete the formation of the collagen molecule, which compromises its production.
Scurvy, a disease linked to prolonged vitamin C deficiency, results primarily from the inability to produce sufficient collagen, leading to serious problems in connective tissues.
Several studies have highlighted its important role in the synthesis of collagen protein.
Bamboo extract
Ortho silicic acid (a bamboo shoot extract found in the Coll-egan ingredient) activates the enzymatic reaction that synthesizes collagen. It therefore works in synergy with vitamin C.
The Glycine
Glycine, the predominant amino acid in collagen, represents approximately 30% of its total molecular mass.
Formerly called glycine, this molecule owes its name to its elastic properties, characteristic of collagen. It is interesting to note that our modern diet, even with satisfactory intakes of crude protein, including animal protein, can be deficient in Glycine.
Glycine is in fact mainly present in tissues that we are reluctant to eat: the skin of fish, the nerves of meat, etc. Supplementing with Glycine (or its precursors: Serine and Threonine) is therefore a relevant strategy to allow the body to synthesize collagen without risk.
Our formula provides over 300 mg of Glycine with 2 capsules per day.
Hyaluronic acid
Hyaluronic acid is a compound naturally present in the body, mainly in the intercellular spaces and synovial fluid of joints. It plays an essential role in maintaining the hydration of skin and cartilage, making it a key ingredient providing an interesting synergy in this formula.
The daily dose provided by two capsules is 150 mg of hyaluronic acid.
Omega 3 and DHA
Reminders on Omega 3 and DHA:
Omega-3s are long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids (n-3 PUFAs) that are called essential because they are essential to the body (for its development and proper functioning).
The 3 constituents of PUFAs are:
- TO THE
- EPA
- DHA
ALA is the precursor to the other two omega-3s. It must be obtained from food because the body cannot synthesize it.
Eicosapentaenoic (EPA) and docosahexaenoic (DHA) acids: these can be synthesized by our body from ALA.
But the conversion of ALA to DHA is in more than 90% of cases very insufficient to cover our needs.
It is therefore essential to provide DHA through food or supplementation.
The role of DHA:
DHA plays a fundamental role in the body:
- For the proper functioning of the brain and nervous system: in particular, it increases resistance to nervous stress
- during pregnancy: for the mother and the child (see below);
- To combat fatigue and eye aging
- To reduce the risk of high blood pressure;
- For the most harmonious functioning possible of all physiological functions: its presence in all cell membranes and its active role in their exchange capacity, its influence on the synthesis of cholesterol largely explain its preventive virtues (anti-inflammatory etc.)
Other virtues of DHA:
DHA plays an important role in children and athletes
In children:It is essential for the proper development of the brain and nervous system. Logically, this begins during pregnancy and breastfeeding with the mother's diet sufficiently rich in DHA.
In Athletes: DHA has a triple beneficial role
- Reduction of the impacts of muscle injuries
- Reduction of inflammatory disorders resulting from intensive stress on ligaments and joints
- Increase in the body's antioxidant capacity (which also allows for less cellular aging)
