What delivery methods are available?
We offer the following delivery methods for Metropolitan France:
- Mondial Relay
Delivery to a relay point D+4 - Colissimo
Home delivery without signature 48-72h
Note that the announced deadlines do not take into account weekends and public holidays and are given as an indication for Metropolitan France only. For the international delivery of our Argalys Essentiels food supplements, delivery times may be extended.
How soon will my order be shipped?
The order is shipped within 1 to 2 working days.
Indeed, once your order has been registered, it is prepared and shipped by our logistics center as soon as possible.
There is no shipping of orders on weekends and holidays.
It takes between 2 and 4 days for your order to be delivered to your home or to the relay point you have selected.
How much is shipping ?
Whatever the delivery method chosen, it is free from 60€ of purchase!
- Colissimo home delivery without signature: fixed transport cost of €6
- Delivery to a Mondial Relay pick-up point: fixed transport cost of €6
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, our products are shipped to the following countries:
France, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, United Kingdom, Spain (excluding specific territories), Portugal (excluding specific territories), Ireland and Italy
How can I track the delivery of my package?
You can indeed follow the progress of your order thanks to the tracking number that you will receive by e-mail when your package is dispatched. Your number will be sent by the service provider you have chosen to ensure your delivery!
