The B12 + Iodine and Selenium supplement capsules have been developed especially for people who follow a vegetarian, vegan or flexitarian diet and with the aim of ensuring complete coverage of vitamins B12, iodine and selenium which are all trace elements. important and often deficient elements in vegetable diets.

The vitamin B12 present in each of the capsules is provided in the form of a stable and most assimilable molecule: cyanocobalamin.
