The effectiveness of the complement vitamin B12 + Iodine and Selenium :
The capsules of the B12 + Iodine and Selenium supplement have been specially developed for people who follow a vegetarian, vegan or flexitarian diet and with the aim of ensuring complete coverage of vitamins B12, iodine and selenium which are all important trace elements and often deficient in plant diets.
In addition, these capsules have been packaged in an eco-responsible, stearate-free and dye-free, infinitely reusable pillbox.
The vitamin B12 present in each of the capsules is provided in the form of a stable and most assimilable molecule: cyanocobalamin. The high dose (1000 µg) per capsule represents 400 times the theoretical daily requirement. This dose makes it possible to limit intake to one or two capsules/week, with a maximum safety margin.
The effectiveness of Iron :
To compensate for the poor absorption of non-heme iron (iron without animal origin) and to avoid iron deficiencies, we have combined it with 3 boosters, in moderate doses to improve its action.
