What is the material of the container?
Our pill dispensers 100% made in France are the result of our reflection to reduce our carbon footprint.
They are made of plastic from plants and cardboard, 100% recyclable or compostable, without endocrine disruptors and easily reusable.
Are the products made in France?
Yes, we work with French partners in order to offer total traceability and transparency throughout the production chain.
Do the products contain animal substances?
All our products are Vegan certified by The Vegetarian Society! We guarantee a total absence of animal substances in our products and that no tests have been carried out on animals.
Where can I find information about the products?
All our products come with an explanatory leaflet. We have divided the descriptions into several sub-sections so that you can access the information as quickly as possible.

Stock :
The item I'm looking for is out of stock. Will it be restocked?
If an item is out of stock, it will certainly be restocked within the next few days. We try to give you a return date for each item in stock whenever possible. So, do not hesitate to come back to our site later or to subscribe to the newsletter in order to be informed as soon as possible!
It may also be a product that we have decided to no longer sell.
Can we find your products in store?
You can find the list of partner stores in the “where to find us” section available on the website. If you would like our products to be listed in a store near you, please let the manager of the store concerned know!

How can I contact Argalys Essentiels customer service?
If you don’t find the answer to your question in our FAQ pages, our customer service is by filling in the contact form, available here.
Don’t forget to give us your order number and give us as much information as possible about your request so that we can process it as quickly as possible.
How do I create an account on the Argalys site?
Nothing could be simpler! You just have to click on “My account” at the top right of your screen and fill in your future connection information.
First of all you will have to choose an email address that will be linked to your account. You will then be asked to enter some personal details such as your name and address and choose a password. Once validated, your account is created! You can then place your first order.
Via this account, you will also be able to manage your personal information, your orders and your delivery addresses.
How can I change my account information?
You can manage and modify all your personal information by clicking on “My Account” at the top right of the home page of our site.
How do I change my account password?
You can change your password by clicking on “My Account” at the top right of the home page of our site and then go to “Account Details”. You will then be asked to enter your current password as well as the new one.
What should I do if I don't receive your e-mails and newsletters?
If you do not receive our newsletters, it is possible that they are in your junk mail.
We therefore invite you to check them and add the address of your authorised contacts.
Also make sure that you use the same email address that you used when you registered on our site.
I no longer wish to receive your newsletters, how can I do this?
Our newsletters allow you to stay informed of all our news and promotions. However, if you no longer wish to receive them, you can click on “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of each newsletter.

How do I track my order?
You can follow the progress of your order thanks to the tracking number that you will receive by e-mail when your package is dispatched. Your number will be sent by the provider you have chosen to ensure your delivery!
I still haven't received my order, what should I do?
If within 5 working days after your order has been shipped, your package has not arrived, we are here to help you. Before contacting us, here are some checks you can do yourself:
Check the tracking of your order thanks to the number in your confirmation email. This will allow you to know where your package is located.
- Verify on your Customer Account that your details and delivery address are correct.
- Check with anyone else living in the same household.
- Ask your neighbours if they did not pick up the package while you were away.
- Check your mailbox for a notice of passage
If after having carried out these checks, you have not found your package, please contact us via the contact form available here.
How to get an invoice?
To obtain your invoice, simply go to your “My Account” space and consult “Orders”. Then, by clicking on the number of the order concerned, you will be able to download your invoice.
